Live Plants Delivery

1. No deliveries are made on National Holidays and Sundays.

2. The image displayed is indicative in nature. The actual product may vary in shape or design as per availability.

3. We reserve the right to substitute flowers (including specified color) or other products with an item of equal or higher value in case of non-availability, with the consent of the customer.

4. In case of floods, heavy rains, or national bandh, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery to another date.

5. No change in instructions can be entertained within 24 working hours of the delivery date unless acknowledged by our customer support team.

6. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless cancellation is requested at least 1 working day prior to the delivery date.

7. We cannot commit an exact delivery date for courier deliveries, as these depend on courier agents. Courier deliveries normally reach within 3-5 days from the date of confirmed order.

8. Ordered products will be delivered only in cities mentioned in the list of serviceable areas.

9. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

10. While placing an order, for prompt delivery please provide complete address details clearly, including landmark, contact number, and alternate number.
